Nvidia Tops Israel's Best Workplaces for Third Year

😊 Feel Good

Nvidia Israel has claimed the top spot in Israel's best companies to work for ranking for three consecutive years, while a surprising aerospace company jumped six places to second. The annual survey reveals tech dominance and what employees truly value most in their workplaces.

For the third year running, Nvidia Israel has earned the title of best company to work for in the country, proving that the chip technology giant knows how to keep its team happy.

The CofaceBDi group's 22nd annual ranking, which surveys hundreds of thousands of employees across hundreds of companies, shows tech companies now hold 30 spots on the list. That's more than any other industry has ever claimed in the survey's history.

Israel Aerospace Industries made the most dramatic leap, jumping six places to land in second position. That puts the aerospace and defense company ahead of household names like Google in third place and Microsoft in fourth.

Applied Materials Israel rounded out the top five, followed by Bitachon Yashir, Elbit Systems, SAP, Check Point, and the Israel Electric Corporation completing the top ten.

The survey asked employees to rate their satisfaction across 12 different workplace factors. The results paint a clear picture of what matters most to people at work today.

Labor relations topped the list, followed closely by direct supervisor management, employment stability, and professional challenge. These same four priorities held steady from the previous year, showing consistency in what workers value.

The Bright Side

Despite challenges in the broader economy, the survey found genuine reasons for optimism about Israeli workplaces. A strong 73.4% of employees reported satisfaction with their management's performance.

Even more encouraging, 77.6% of workers said their manager knows them as a person, not just as an employee number. Nearly 70% felt they had someone to turn to when experiencing mental stress at work.

"When looking at what employees put at the top of their priorities, you see a very clear picture," said Roy Minkov, CEO of the CofaceBDi group. "Even in an era of AI, technological change, new models of work, and uncertainty, the core remains human."

The human connection matters more than perks or benefits. Employees want relationships they can trust and workplaces where they feel genuinely valued.

The survey also revealed an interesting twist about artificial intelligence in the workplace. Tech workers are leading the charge in using AI tools daily, with 74.1% incorporating them into their work, but only 45.6% received formal training.

These top companies prove that when organizations prioritize trust, culture, and genuine human connection, everyone wins.
