Pasco Firefighters Free Trapped Owl in Wesley Chapel

When residents in the Lexington Oaks neighborhood spotted an owl trapped in the base of a tree, they knew who to call for help.

Pasco County Fire Rescue Engine 13 D-shift arrived in Wesley Chapel, Florida, on June 2nd to find the owl wedged in an unusual predicament. The bird had somehow gotten stuck at the tree's base and couldn't free itself.

The firefighters approached the situation with the same care they bring to every call. One crew member carefully lifted the owl with gentle hands, supporting the bird until it could spread its wings.
