"Next is the World Series. We get a chance to go on the big stage and have an opportunity to win it all for San Diego, for Sweetwater," said David Cisneros, whose son plays on the team. The team has been unstoppable all season. In their previous matchup against Hawaii on Tuesday, pitcher Isaac Ramirez threw a one-hitter while going 2-for-2 at the plate. Even their tightest games in the Southern California State Championship showed their resilience, with the team grinding out two 2-1 victories.
