Minister of Local Administration and Environment Mohammad Anjarani traveled to Riyadh this week to explore how Saudi Arabia has revolutionized its approach to housing and city services. The memorandum of understanding emerged from discussions between Anjarani and Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah al-Hogail.
