A teenager just made Formula One history, and even seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is cheering him on.

At just 19 years, six months, and 17 days old, Kimi Antonelli claimed pole position at the Chinese Grand Prix on Saturday. He shattered the previous record held by Sebastian Vettel, who was nearly two years older when he achieved the feat in 2008.
