Teen Lifeguard Battles Monster Waves to Save Drowning Child

When towering waves swept a young boy into dangerous surf at Santa Cruz's Seabright Beach last Saturday, 16-year-old lifeguard Ryder didn't hesitate. Heart-stopping video captured the teen disappearing again and again beneath crashing waves, his grip on the child never loosening.
