President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced Wednesday that he had a breakthrough conversation with US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, along with Senator Lindsey Graham and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Beyond US and European support, Ukraine is expanding its diplomatic reach to the Middle East. Defense Minister Rustem Umerov is working to secure long-term defense contracts with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain and Turkey.
