Welsh Lifeboat Crew Saves Paddleboarder and Dog in Storm

A paddleboarder and her dog got a second chance thanks to quick-thinking volunteer rescuers who braved a violent storm in Wales last month.

The drama unfolded on May 27 in Cemaes Bay, Wales, when the woman and her canine companion found themselves stranded at the base of a cliff. Thunder cracked overhead as lightning lit up the darkening sky and heavy rain poured down.
