Women's Wrestling Thrives at Major League Wrestling
Major League Wrestling's women's division is experiencing explosive growth, adding top talent and selling out shows nationwide. Star wrestler Scarlett Bordeaux says she's having more fun than ever as the roster expands with champions and rising stars.
Major League Wrestling is proving that women's wrestling has never been stronger, with sold-out shows across the country and a roster packed with championship-level talent.
The company's women's division has transformed over the past year, welcoming some of the industry's most skilled performers. World featherweight champion Shoko Nakajima currently leads a division that includes Scarlett Bordeaux, Shotzi Blackheart, Priscilla Kelly, and newest signing Lady Frost.
Bordeaux, who recently returned to MLW with her husband, wrestler Killer Kross, describes the group as "very, very talented." Beyond their in-ring abilities, many of the wrestlers share close friendships that make the competition even more meaningful.
"It's some of my best friends in there," Bordeaux said. "Priscilla, Shotzi, Isla Dawn, those are my girls. We'll all beat the absolute crap out of each other when we need to, but love them to death."
Lady Frost joined MLW in April after her All Elite Wrestling contract expired, bringing years of independent wrestling experience. The Pennsylvania native has competed in WWE, Ring of Honor, the National Wrestling Alliance, and Mexico's CMLL.

Bordeaux praised Frost's athletic background and in-ring creativity. "She's an incredible gymnast, incredible athlete," she said, noting they haven't wrestled each other yet but share mutual friends in the industry.
The Ripple Effect
The growth extends beyond individual talent. MLW's commitment to showcasing women's wrestling has created opportunities for performers to display their full range of skills rather than being limited to one role.
Bordeaux particularly appreciates being able to both manage and compete. "I get to manage, I get to wrestle, I'm not boxed into just one role," she explained, comparing the value of managers to WWE's Paul Heyman while celebrating the chance to do everything.
The results speak for themselves. MLW shows have been selling out venues nationwide, with the company taping episodes and hosting special events like the upcoming CMLL Fantastica Mania USA in Charleston, South Carolina.
For Bordeaux, now in her fifth month back with the company, the experience represents a career high point. "I'm kind of just having more fun than I've ever had with wrestling, honestly," she said.
The division's success demonstrates what happens when talented women get the platform and creative freedom to showcase their abilities.
