The tower will also house a hostel, multiple garden terraces, and a rooftop garden. Even an existing building on the site got new life, restored and woven into the lobby design.

The high-tech facade currently being installed incorporates solar panels and an automated cooling system, pushing the building's operational energy efficiency 50% beyond standard commercial towers.
