Wrestling Star MVP Launches Show on New Platform BZZR

Pro wrestler MVP is taking his voice beyond the ring and onto a new social media platform designed specifically for sports fans.

The All Elite Wrestling star launched "Marking Out with MVP & Dwayne Swayze" on BZZR, where new episodes drop every Friday before hitting YouTube. The show has already attracted more than 10,000 subscribers in its first year.

BZZR promises something different from typical social media: a space focused entirely on sports content without the usual internet noise. For MVP, who manages fellow wrestlers Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin at AEW, the partnership feels like a natural fit.

"It's a mutual partnership," MVP said. "BZZR is a new platform where content creators can get online and share content, talk about sports, all sports, no noise."

The show isn't just another talking-heads podcast. MVP insisted on creating something visually distinctive, filming in a Houston speakeasy that matches his VIP wrestling persona. The luxurious, high-end aesthetic reflects the MVP brand he's built throughout his career.

"The visual aesthetic was very important to me because the MVP brand is VIP, you know, VIP lounge, luxurious, high end," he explained. He admits he initially resisted even calling it a podcast, preferring to think of it as a full YouTube show meant to be watched, not just heard.
