Zendaya Surprises Bride, Buys Dream Wedding Dress

When Alexandra Warren and KB White answered a casting call for a wedding dress opportunity, they expected a fun shopping trip. Instead, they got a celebrity surprise that changed everything.

The couple arrived at Mark Ingram Atelier in New York City on February 9 thinking they'd just be trying on dresses. Warren, 30, was planning her wedding to White, 34, and saw it as a chance to start looking at options.

Then celebrity stylist Law Roach walked in. Warren couldn't believe her eyes as one of her style heroes entered the room.

"I felt like I was floating!" Warren says. "I wish I had three hours to discuss style with him."

White spotted actress Zendaya next and was shocked. She knew her fiancée would be over the moon since Warren has long admired both of their work.

Roach spent about an hour helping Warren find the perfect dress. The legendary stylist, known for creating Zendaya's stunning red carpet looks, gave his expert advice as Warren tried on different gowns.

Then Zendaya joined them for the final 30 minutes. The three chatted about the couple's upcoming wedding and Zendaya's new movie, The Drama.

"It felt so good that they were both so excited to help me with this milestone decision," Warren says. When she found the one, both Roach and Zendaya confirmed they loved it.

There was just one problem. The gorgeous gown was expensive and totally out of the couple's budget. Warren and White were worried about the price.

That's when Zendaya stepped in and paid for the entire dress.

"We are still in disbelief at their generosity," White says. The couple never expected strangers to show them such kindness, especially celebrities with no connection to them.

Warren calls the experience a dream come true. "To have such an important garment not only be signed off on by a stylist I've admired forever but paid for by an artist I admire felt like a dream come true," she tells PEOPLE.

The surprise ties into Zendaya's bridal-themed press tour for The Drama, where she's been wearing looks representing "something old," "something new," and "something borrowed."

This time, she helped create someone else's special wedding moment instead of just creating her own fashion magic.
