France Invests €10B to Double Domestic Electricity by 2030

Major companies are already making moves. Stellantis announced production of a new electric vehicle generation at its Mulhouse factory near the German border. Energy giant EDF is investing €240 million to accelerate electrification, expanding heat pump adoption, heavy-duty electric trucking, and EV charging infrastructure.
