The flat-mounted device uses NatureConnect technology to reproduce both the brightness and color tones of actual sunshine, transforming dark spaces into naturally lit rooms.

The Skylight comes in medium and large sizes and can be installed anywhere you have a flat surface. Its water and dust resistance means it works perfectly in steamy bathrooms or other damp areas where natural light rarely reaches.

The real magic happens with the rhythm feature. Throughout the day, the Skylight automatically adjusts its intensity and warmth to mirror the sun's natural patterns. Morning light arrives cool and energizing, while afternoon and evening tones shift to warmer, relaxing hues that help your body wind down naturally.

For people who need more than ambiance, Philips created the Skylight VitaUp. This upgraded version includes a UV-B module that helps your body produce Vitamin D, addressing a common deficiency for people who spend most of their time indoors or live in regions with limited winter sunlight.

The VitaUp includes smart safety features that prevent overexposure. After eight hours, the UV-B module automatically shuts off so users never risk sunburn from their ceiling.

Both versions offer five preset modes ranging from focused daytime lighting to cozy evening ambiance. A bundled remote handles all controls, though the device doesn't connect to smart home systems or traditional wall switches.
