10 Streator High Students Earn Top Academic Honors

Ten students at Streator Township High School are ending their spring semester with well-deserved recognition after being named May Students of the Month for the 2025-2026 school year.

The honors span every corner of the school, from Career and Technical Education to World Languages. Teachers personally nominated students who stood out not just for grades, but for their contributions to classroom culture and commitment to learning.

Senior Lily Michael earned recognition in Career and Technical Education, nominated by her Management and Marketing teacher Dan Pouk. In the English department, senior Julie Chaudhari received her nomination for exceptional work in language arts.
