15 NJ Shore Students Earn Top Honors at Colleges Nationwide

Fifteen students from Manasquan, Brielle, Spring Lake, and Lake Como celebrated a major milestone this semester: Dean's List honors at colleges from Pennsylvania to Georgia.

The recognition spans eight institutions, from small liberal arts colleges to major research universities. Each school sets rigorous standards, typically requiring a 3.5 GPA or higher while carrying a full course load of at least 12 credits.

Colin Ackerman of Manasquan earned the distinction at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. Fellow Manasquan resident Jack Fogel, studying Business Administration at Muhlenberg College, also made the cut with his strong academic performance.

At The Citadel in South Carolina, Aislinn Crowe of Brielle stood out among more than 1,600 cadets and students. Dean's List cadets at The Citadel receive a special medal to wear on their uniforms the following semester, a visible reminder of their academic success.

Brielle's Sean Carton joined approximately 4,400 students recognized at Georgia Southern University. Justin Pinnella of Manasquan, a marketing major at Millersville University, also earned top honors.

Roger Williams University in Rhode Island recognized Luke Dowd of Manasquan and Logan McManus of Lake Como. Both maintained the required 3.4 GPA while completing full course loads.

Spring Lake had a particularly strong showing at Champlain College in Vermont, where Quinn Bailey, Jack Brooks, and Alex Buckley all earned Dean's List recognition for maintaining GPAs of 3.5 or higher.
