Breast Cancer Survivors Race Dragon Boats in France

Twenty breast cancer survivors from New York's Capital Region are packing their paddles and heading to France to race dragon boats with teams from around the world.

Hope in the Boat, the region's only dragon boat team made up entirely of breast cancer survivors, will compete at the International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission Dragon Boat Festival from August 24 to 30.
