CA Student Quits to Sell Mom's Dosas, Makes $14K/Month

A generous spoonful of butter hits the hot tawa, and Ganesh Sathe spreads his mother's benne dosa batter into a perfect circle. This simple recipe, perfected in his childhood kitchen, now feeds 400 people every day and generates nearly Rs 40,000 in daily sales.
