Robert Spencer, formerly CEO of Neurommune Therapeutics and a veteran of Merck's drug discovery programs, will lead Caspian as its chief executive. Troy Wilson, who heads Kura Oncology, will chair the new company's board while Kura maintains roughly half ownership.
