China Installs Largest Wind Turbine in Philippines

The Philippines just took a major leap forward in clean energy with the installation of its largest wind turbine to date on Alabat Island.

Chinese manufacturer Envision Energy installed the first 8-megawatt turbine for the 64-megawatt Alabat wind project, developed by Philippine renewable energy company Alternergy Holdings.
