Perhaps most importantly, the system is delivering on its core promise to students. Nearly 75% of graduates find jobs or continue their education within a year of finishing their degree, earning a median salary of $52,600.

The state's approach centers on one clear priority: student achievement. By focusing relentlessly on outcomes rather than prestige, Florida's public universities are producing 15,000 job-ready graduates annually from USF alone.
