Hot Springs Rotary Awards Scholarships to 7 Seniors

Seven graduating seniors in Hot Springs, Arkansas just got a huge boost toward their college dreams, thanks to their local Rotary Club.

The Oaklawn Rotary Club honored Victoria Mitchell, Kyndal Hawthorn, Jimena Pineda, Haylie Miller, Treyton Gray, and Alejandro Robledo with scholarships at their annual awards luncheon. Ariana Gray received the Mahaya Swayze Memorial Scholarship, a special honor named after a community member.

The students earned recognition not just for their grades, but for their leadership, character, and service to their community. The scholarships will support their continued education as they head to college.

Ed Sanders, who chairs the club's Scholarship Committee, organized the selection process and coordinated the celebration luncheon at the Courtyard by Marriott Hot Springs. His dedication helped make the awards possible for another year.
