The 12,782-square-foot luxury home in American Falls will hit the auction block on September 17 with no reserve price. That means the highest bidder wins, regardless of the amount. But here's what makes this extraordinary: 100% of the sale proceeds will be donated to charity.

The money will be split evenly between St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Both organizations held special meaning for the seller and his family.

"This type of thoughtful generosity on behalf of a luxury property owner is exceptionally notable," says Trayor Lesnock of Platinum Luxury Auctions, the company handling the sale. His firm has encountered only a handful of similarly minded sellers in its entire history.

The custom-built home sits on 5.28 manicured acres along a reservoir, with 370 feet of waterfront access. Originally listed at $3.86 million, experts estimate it would cost over $10 million to recreate today.

Built in 1995, the estate has had the same owner for 31 years. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property includes a home theater, commercial-grade bar, fitness room, sauna, and even a built-in safe room.
