The governor passionately called for continued vigilance, reminding citizens that while peace has returned to the state, there remain 'perennial enemies of growth' who might seek to disrupt progress. Among the most significant achievements Uzodimma highlighted was the aggressive investment in youth development through the SkillUp Imo programme.
