India and Netherlands Partner on Green Hydrogen Trade Route

India is taking a major step toward becoming the world's green hydrogen powerhouse, thanks to a groundbreaking partnership with the Netherlands announced this month.

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi revealed that the two nations will work together on renewable energy, green hydrogen production, and energy transition technologies. The collaboration promises to attract fresh investments, spark innovation, and create thousands of new jobs in clean energy sectors.

The collaboration extends to existing global initiatives too. Both nations plan to deepen their work through the Global Biofuels Alliance and the International Solar Alliance, strengthening worldwide efforts to transition away from fossil fuels.
