Shafali Verma just smashed her first T20 century with an incredible unbeaten 100 off 49 balls, powering India's women's cricket team into the Asian Games final with a crushing 114-run victory over Bangladesh.

Suchika Tariyal assured India another medal by advancing to the semifinals in women's Traditional MMA 60kg with a decisive 2-0 win. India's women's table tennis team also started strong with a 3-0 victory over Indonesia.
