Israeli Diplomat Honored After 6 Years Uniting Ukraine Jews

After six years of building bridges between Ukrainian Jews and Israel through the darkest of times, diplomat Mark Dovev is being honored by the community he served with devotion.

Dovev led the Israeli Cultural Center in Dnipro and served as Head of the "Nativ" Representation in Ukraine, working closely with Jewish communities across the country.
