Inside, guests sleep on a round bed beneath a curved acrylic window with lakeside views. The coolest feature? An iPad lets you pick your favorite Pokémon, and the pod's lighting transforms to match their colors.

The attention to detail extends outside too. Bathroom tiles next to the pod feature colors inspired by Snorlax, the adorable sleeping Pokémon that's become a fan favorite over three decades.

While the pod isn't open to everyone, Japanese residents who use the Pokémon Sleep app can enter a contest through X (formerly Twitter) for a free one-night stay between October 8 and 18. Winners get to experience the ultimate nostalgia trip in one of gaming's most creative hotel concepts.
