The results remained strong over time. At the 12-week mark, patients who received the therapy still showed an 11-point improvement from their starting baseline, while placebo patients improved by only 3.6 points.

The study measured depression using the Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale, a widely respected clinical tool. The significant gap between the treatment and placebo groups suggests DT120 offers real therapeutic benefits beyond the placebo effect.
