Biotech innovations like precision fermentation are borrowing breakthroughs from medicine. Robotics from manufacturing and defense sectors can automate food production. Advanced materials from aerospace could revolutionize packaging. And quantum computing might soon optimize entire supply chains.

The 12-week program combines online mentoring with two in-person sessions in Bilbao, Spain. Participants get technical support from AZTI, a leading Basque technology center, and chances to test their innovations with real food companies.
