Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State announced the completion of the Akama Oghe–Aguobu Owa Road, which links into a larger 44.8-kilometer corridor serving the Udi, Ezeagu, and Uzo-Uwani regions. The road dramatically reduces travel times between these three local government areas, where residents previously spent more money and hours navigating deteriorated paths.
