NMU Students Raise Winter Gear for Women's Center

When you get a haircut at Northern Michigan University's cosmetology department, you're not just leaving with great hair. You're helping women in need stay warm this winter.

The NMU Cosmetology Department just wrapped up a successful winter gear donation drive for the Marquette Women's Center. Students spent several days offering salon services while collecting coats, gloves, scarves, and other cold-weather essentials.
