Police Officer's Daughter Wins $500 Scholarship

Palos Park Police Chief Joe Miller congratulated Winter on behalf of the entire department. Deputy Chief Chris Hughes, who nominated her for the award, emphasized that the recognition celebrates both student achievement and family support.
