The Little Red Phone project, created by We're Not Really Strangers, offers what its founders call "daily reminders that you're not alone." The prompts change regularly, inviting passersby to share good news, hidden struggles, or moments of healing.

In another powerful clip, a recovering addict picked up the phone to share his journey. "I was sober for just under four years until this past April," he said. "It's not really something you can see in a person. That's why I really believe in being kind to strangers and not judging anyone."

A woman who asked to have her face blurred opened up about severe depression. "Nobody really knows, especially since I'm a very bubbly person," she explained. "I hope this helps other people feel less alone because I thought I was struggling alone."

The response to these vulnerable moments has been overwhelming. One commenter wrote about the cancer-free announcement, "I've legitimately never been happier for a stranger." The man's best friend found the video online and proudly commented, "I think he's so brave for sharing that. And now I'm happily crying for him on the internet."
