Shelton Firefighters Rescue Kitten From Storm Drain

When firefighters from Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Co. 1 responded to Lake Road in Shelton on Friday night, they found a kitten stuck in a storm drain with no way out.

The crew carefully pulled the tiny animal from the drain and checked it over. The kitten emerged from the ordeal completely unharmed, according to the fire company's Saturday Facebook post.
