Bluetti just launched FridgePower, a sleek backup battery that's only 3 inches thick but packs enough juice to run a standard refrigerator for up to 22 hours. At $759 during its crowdfunding campaign, it costs half what competitors charge and doesn't require professional installation.

The genius is in the simplicity. You mount it on the wall or stack it on top of your fridge, plug it into a regular outlet, then plug your refrigerator into it. When the power goes out, it switches over automatically in 10 milliseconds, faster than you can flip a light switch in the dark.

The 2,016 Wh battery uses lithium iron phosphate cells designed to last through 4,000 charging cycles before degrading. That means years of reliable backup without replacement, all while staying whisper quiet at just 30 decibels.

Beyond keeping food fresh, the FridgePower supports lamps, Wi-Fi routers, phone chargers, and security cameras through its two AC outlets. A mobile app lets you monitor the system and even triggers fast charging when weather alerts predict storms.
