South Africa's Helium Project Gets Second Chance on Nasdaq

"We're seeing helium concentrations 10 times what we see elsewhere in the world," said ASP Isotopes CEO Paul Mann. "That makes us a very unique asset and means we can bring new capacity on faster and cheaper than anyone else can."

The timing couldn't be better. Global industries from aerospace to semiconductors are scrambling for secure helium supplies. The invisible gas is critical for MRI machines, rocket launches, and computer chip manufacturing.
Renergen holds the sole onshore petroleum production right in South Africa through its 94.5% stake in Tetra4. When the company hit payment deadlines it couldn't meet, ASP Isotopes stepped in with bridge financing and eventually a full merger deal.
The restructured company will trade under the ticker "NOBA" as a dedicated helium and liquefied natural gas platform. It's one of the first pure-play helium companies approaching commercial scale globally.
