Swedish Homeowners Earn $1M Monthly Sharing Battery Power

Right now, Emaldo customers collectively earn over $1.14 million per month through the program. That number changes based on market conditions, but it means real money landing in regular people's bank accounts just for owning equipment they'd want anyway.

Sweden already has more than 80 megawatts of residential battery capacity connected through Emaldo. That's enough power storage to make a real difference when the grid needs balancing.

The new Bixia partnership opens doors to even more earning opportunities. Bixia has been working directly with Sweden's grid operator since 1999 and trades on the Nordic power exchange. They bring access to a much wider portfolio of energy markets that home battery owners can tap into.

Emaldo now manages over 150 megawatts of controllable battery capacity across all its markets. That's 150 megawatts of clean, distributed energy storage that didn't exist two years ago, all sitting in regular people's homes and garages.
