Thailand just became one of only three countries in Asia to launch Harvard's AI-driven learning platform for corporate executives, joining Indonesia and India in a mission to transform how business leaders learn.

RISE, a regional innovation consultancy, partnered with Harvard Business Impact to bring HBR Spark to Thai executives starting this year. The platform uses artificial intelligence to create personalized learning paths based on each user's role, industry, and goals.

The timing couldn't be more critical. Research shows that 39% of worker skills will become obsolete by 2030, creating an urgent need for continuous learning and adaptation. Thai executives have been focused on defensive strategies like cost-cutting, but the country's economic future depends on innovation-driven growth.

HBR Spark solves a major challenge for busy leaders: how to gain global perspectives without the time and expense of international travel. The platform condenses Harvard Business Review content into digestible lessons that take just minutes to complete.

Executives get access to more than 21,000 articles updated daily, plus 1,750 podcasts, 1,600 videos, and 70 real-world case studies. The AI curates content specifically matched to each leader's learning needs and schedule constraints.

The Ripple Effect

RISE is offering the platform to 5,000 corporate customers initially, aiming to reach 25,000 executives in the first phase. The company believes this educational transformation can boost Thailand's GDP by 1% by 2027.

The partnership goes beyond digital learning. RISE plans to bring Harvard professors and distinguished alumni to Thailand for hands-on workshops, integrating cutting-edge research directly into Thai businesses.
