UAE Launches $272M Space Program to Empower Youth

The United Arab Emirates is betting big on its youth to shape the future of space exploration.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister, announced the International Space Cooperation Programme with a budget of Dh1 billion (about $272 million USD). The initiative connects Emirati research centers with leading space agencies worldwide, giving young scientists direct access to breakthrough technologies and global expertise.
