Another funded project, VISTA, is creating high-resolution vineyard maps using drones and robots. The technology helps growers plan harvests more accurately, secure better prices, and reduce crop waste. The maps also enable precision farming, allowing farmers to apply fertilizers and chemicals only where needed, cutting costs and environmental impact.
