Pritzkow points out that using local union workers on projects like Badger Hollow generates up to 150% more economic activity than bringing in out-of-state labor.

The boom isn't slowing down either. As data centers continue expanding across Wisconsin, they're putting new pressure on the state's energy grid. That means even more opportunities for modernization projects and the skilled workers who build them.
