Reporter Saves Teen From Exploding Car on Maryland Highway
NBC News correspondent Tom Costello pulled a 17-year-old driver from a burning wreck on the Capital Beltway just moments before the vehicle exploded. With help from a surgeon and nurse who stopped to assist, the team rescued the teen who miraculously survived the 100 mph crash.
