Epson's 30,000-Lumen Projector Shrinks to 81 Pounds

Epson just delivered. Their new EB-XQ2030B projector packs the same punch as competitors but weighs just 81 pounds and fits in a package roughly the size of a large suitcase.

Bruno Rost from Epson says the company designed this based on feedback from the events industry. Rental companies and staging crews needed something that wouldn't break their backs or their budgets every time they deployed it.

The projector uses Epson's 3LCD technology combined with their 4K Crystal Motion system. An Advanced Cooling Engine keeps everything running smoothly without overheating, even during long events or installations.

What makes this particularly exciting is the new H Series lens range that comes with it. These lenses work across different brightness levels and can handle everything from tiny venues to massive curved screens.
