Hong Kong Waterfront Gets New Event Hub in Central

Henderson Land Development and concert organizer YW Company just won the bid to operate Central Harbourfront Event Space, a massive 9.1-acre venue along Victoria Harbour. Starting July 1, they'll manage the space for five years, bringing world-class events right to the water's edge.

The partnership creates something special for Hong Kong. Henderson already manages the International Financial Centre and is building Central Yards, a major retail and office complex opening in phases through 2032. Now with the harbourfront space in the mix, visitors can move seamlessly between three prime locations in Central, Hong Kong's bustling business heart.

YW Company brings serious event experience to the table. The organizer currently runs AXA Wonderland in the West Kowloon Cultural District and AXA Dreamland at Go Park Sai Sha, proving they know how to create destinations people love.

The Ripple Effect spreads far beyond just another event venue. Experts predict the harbourfront space will pull more visitors from surrounding commercial properties, creating a lively corridor where business meets culture meets waterfront views.
