Liberia Creates Caucus to Boost Healthcare Access

Liberia just took a major step toward healthier communities by approving a specialized legislative caucus focused on primary healthcare and immunization.

The House of Representatives greenlit the Liberia Primary Health Care and Immunization Caucus after Representative Julie F. Wiah of Lofa County brought the proposal forward. A Joint Committee examined the legal and policy implications before unanimously recommending its creation.
