Palm Beach Awards Scholarships to 24 Employee Children

The Town of Palm Beach just proved that taking care of your team means taking care of their families too.

Mayor Danielle Moore recently stood before a packed Town Hall to announce scholarship winners from two prestigious programs. Nearly two dozen students, all children of Palm Beach town employees, received financial support for their education through the Palm Beach Country Club Foundation and the C. Gerald Goldsmith scholarship program.

Among the recipients was Grady Messner, son of Lt. Paramedic Michael Messner. Grady earned recognition from the competitive Goldsmith award program, standing out among his peers.

One exceptional student even received scholarships from both programs, doubling down on support for their educational journey. The dual recognition speaks to the caliber of students growing up in families dedicated to public service.
