UCF Launches Innovation School to Bridge Tech and Leadership

Companies investing millions in technology often struggle to translate those tools into actual performance improvements, and UCF just launched a solution.

The University of Central Florida announced the School of Technology, Leadership and Innovation (STLI), a new initiative connecting faculty experts with businesses navigating technological change. Unlike traditional academic programs, STLI won't hire new professors but will draw on existing talent across engineering, business, psychology, and computer science to help organizations adapt.

The school offers custom executive education, professional certifications, applied research, and consulting tailored to each company's specific needs. Organizations can partner with UCF scholars who understand not just how technology works, but how to lead people through technological transformation.

"UCF plays a critical role in helping address the challenges shaping the future of industry," says UCF President Alexander N. Cartwright. The school represents a shift toward universities generating revenue while solving real problems for the companies powering regional economies.
