Now, a farmer in Bengal can type a question in Bengali at midnight and get an answer immediately. A Tamil-speaking farmer can check payment status without leaving home. The chatbot handles queries in Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Odia, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, and English.

The system uses natural language processing to understand questions typed or spoken by farmers. It connects to official agricultural databases to provide personalized answers about eligibility, application status, and payment delays. Farmers can even file and track complaints about scheme benefits.

The chatbot operates 24 hours a day, which matters enormously during planting and harvest seasons when every hour counts. A farmer can check information before dawn or after dusk, fitting around the rhythm of agricultural work rather than office hours.
