Pennsylvania Offers $250K in Scholarships for 250th Birthday

Pennsylvania is celebrating America's 250th anniversary by giving away $250,000 in college scholarships to high school seniors. Twenty-five students will each receive $10,000, and some universities are doubling the prize with matching funds.
